Criterion.com has 2 flash sales a year. There's usually one every September.
EDIT: Just checked my order history and it was Oct. 9th last year. If you can't wait you can always find stuff for sale prices or lower on Ebay. I get a lot of my Criterions off there when I'm too anxious to wait for a sale.
I plan on 3-4....I'll have 10+ by the time is over lol. Just waiting for coupons later this week
