I’ve seen Ryan Davis perform live and I’ve seen Corey Holcomb perform live.
Both men are funny, but when you think about the amount of thought and planning it takes to purposely start the joke with something half the audience will disagree with, only to take them through the logical steps of why his perspective isn’t as crazy as it first sounded, you realize Ryan is a different level of comedian and operating on a higher level of intelligence. In that interview alone you can hear he’s more emotionally intelligent than Corey.
I’ve been a long time listener of Corey’s and what did Ryan say in that Sway interview that was wrong?
Corey will continue to be angry that his level of financial success doesn’t quite match up to how he’s publicly perceived. Hollywood and entertainment are filled with grimy dirt balls that will stab you in the back and smile in your face, however, it’s still a very corporate structure and if you can’t play the game the way they want you to play it, you won’t be welcomed. Corey fails to accept that he’s the reason he’s where he is.
