Haiti Update the last few weeks on the current situation:

Assassins have been kidnapping, killing and raping for weeks. The metropolitan area is delivered to murderers and kidnappers. Public authorities, long failing, do not speak a word

Jean Rubens Eugène, a student at IHECE, was shot dead last night at 4th Ave Bolosse by kidnappers who demanded money to free the 5 people abducted last Sunday from returning from the church. He was responsible for bringing the ransom demanded by the kidnappers.
