The Inhumans don't control the Terrigen cloud, it simply doesn't break down so it's carried all over the world due to atmospheric changes. The Inhumans merely follow it around to keep track of the birth of any new Inhumans because of the cloud.

Why the fukk the Avengers are completely ignoring the cloud or not giving a fukk that's it lethal to mutants is some true fukkboy shyt though. I think there's only been three people who have acknowledged that they tried to do something about it, everybody else seems to react like 'Mutants die every day, b'.

When I told this new dude working at my shop the other night that Marvel was cutting off their nose to spite their face with this shyt and he responded with
