what's everyone's pull list looking like right now? Beginning of the year I had like 7 titles. This summer up 'til now it dropped down to just 2, really.

Come this Fall though there's a LOT of stuff I'm hyped for and will be copping.

Here's the stuff I've been reading monthly, not counting odd limited series or various Doctor Who comics. In no order, just in the order they're on my HD from the last month or so.

How so?


I mean so far NH still resembles his Supreme Power self. Nothing seems blatantly mischaracterized. NH is the same gruesome, stonecole badass who hardly talked but made a lot of one-liner quips and shytted on cacs, who's pro-black and only focuses on black victims of crime etc. This book hasn't hit any breaks. The premise of this arc fits NH.


David even uses the same serial killer storyline from the original NH: Supreme Power book.

The only thing missing is him quoting Malcolm X.

I want to see him crossover with other black superheroes. There's so much untapped potential for fukkery if he ever meets Blue Marvel, Luke Cage, Storm or any black superhero, really.

Maybe I am just remembering his intro differently. It has been a while since I read Supreme Power.

I still don't read too many new books too actively, as I've just reignited by comic book buying again since over 20 years of not buying anything (read plenty of freebies digitally tho sporadically over the years), but my list of "monthly" buys are:

Black Panther
X-23/All New Wolverine
Street Fighter
Nirobe
Civil War main book and tie-ins

The bold are the only ones that I've actively read in the past few months tho. I bought the rest, but may have only graced the surface of reading any. Since getting Marvel Unlimited app, I've mainly been reading up on various Black Panther runs (currently Hudlins and Man Without Fear).

1. At what point did Tony stop being "Superior Iron Man" and not "reversed"?

2. Will they ever reveal who tha 616 version of Miles Morales is and why it surprised Peter?

3. Who has Wolverine's corpse right now?

4. Does anyone in the Marvel universe know "Secret Wars" happened and that Sue, Reed and the Foundation are missing?

What app do y'all use to read digital comics? I've been rocking with free apps but it's a pain because of the restrictions and I'm willing to pay for a premium comic reader at this point.

And do y'all still buy physical copies or straight digital? I like the art work and color of a physical copy but digital is convenient.

Marvel is gutsy with this current era they got going: Nighthawk beating on white cops, Bringing the Inhumans to the forefront, replacing Thor, Hulk, Spider Man, Wolverine with their minority counterparts.
