:wow: Power Man and Iron Fist
I have been pleasantly surprised with this book. Power Man and Iron Fist is one of my favorite pairings and I have every issue of both character's solo books and the old PM & IF series. So I wanted this book to be good.
Still not a fan of the art but Walker is killing it with his writing.

So, here's something I don't understand
In the most recent TAH book, It's basically proven that Banner can't become Hulk anymore and that Cho cured him....but in CW2 they kill Banner because he started to get angry?

AT THE VERY LEAST Stark and BP know Banner can't be Hulk because they were there when Cho "cured" him. Stark even more so because he's been monitoring Banner since then.

I'm not understanding this at all...Maybe somebody can explain it to me.

It doesn't make sense unless this is a year or two after TAH.

no offense to ______, but if the Illuminati homies were down to blow up worlds and everything that they went through prior to ANAD, i think they would've been the ones kept in the loop about possible contingencies. Esp Iron Man and Black Panther.

The whole event is just sloppy and directionless... and doesn't really help Carol's likeability (or the lack thereof)

Bendis is ignoring what other people are writing to do this story.

Oh you mean in their respective stories?

He just ignored everything that's been happening with Cho Hulk.

It low key/high key undermined cho's book.

And like i said, with everything that happened in Hickman's run with the illuminati, how would BP and Iron Man (and Dr. Strange) not be in the loop with Banner's plans?

Hawkeye being the one who killed Banner is bullshyt too. Hawkeye has been ridiculously adamant about heroes not killing. He left his won wife because she allowed the guy who raped her to fall to his death without trying to save him.
But he'll put an arrow into Bruce Banner because he thought he saw a flicker of green in his eyes? GTFOH with that bullshyt.:camby:

I came to the realization a few weeks ago that Bendis doesn't read comics.

Higher ups come to him like "Write an "Event" that roughly ties in to/is named after a movie property coming out at the same time."

Brevoot or whatever gives him a bullet list of "important" characters. Bendis adds random characters that fit the shytty plot

Whatever artist draws the characters as they should look, but since Bendis doesn't read comics, continuity is ignored, everyone either sounds the same or is severely out of character.

yall don't hear me, though.
