I didn't really care for the multiple pleighdough clone storyline but that last Ms Marvel issue tied it all up neatly. Overall just a very fun book and a good mid-season arc-closer before all the Avenger/CWII tie-in stuff takes over. Also a good setup with Iron Man and Captain Marvel to show how CWII will affect Kamala specifically.
Pleasantville did feel like it was supposed to be something more important than what it was. Probably could've just kept it self-contained in the Sam Wilson book and the two stand-off issues; ANAD and Uncanny could've just been called in by Sam and young Cap at the end to cameo against all the D-list villains. the two stand off issues were piff tho, i really enjoy spencer's writing.
That said, the shield agent that was given the quasar mantle, is she a brand new character with no appearances prior to the first stand off issue? If so, they should've just made her a black or latina chick. Hell, even asian in lite of all the dr. strange controversy. Otherwise they should've just stuck with Phyla-vell if you needed more powerful white women in space.
