How’s the event going? I’m a Darkseid fan but checked out of current comics months ago. I was reading Hickman’s Wolverine, but I haven’t see the bloody issue of 2 online. I might wait for an omnibus of this event and cop it.

Are these Absolute side issues involving the characters just mini-series? Or ongoing?

Absolute Power already ended and has no relation to the absolute universe really.
DC All in is the only tie.

Joker is a billionaire who doesn't laugh.

That... is actually very interesting. Batman is over-saturated as fukk, but this premise you laid out already has me sold in giving it a try

No. All time is all time to me. Stark has had a popularity boost but not enough to be up there. The closest to the 4 spot is easily the hulk to me

The fourth spot is clearly Wonder Woman. Outside of Spidey, Supes, and Batman, no other hero is more known than Wonder Woman.

Heroes Mount Rushmore is

1. Superman
2. Spider-Man
3. Batman
4. With The Hulk and Wonder Woman fighting for the 4th spot.

I’m leaning more in favor for Wonder Woman. Since she’s the most recognizable female superhero in the world.

Ultimate Spidey #10 was finally got the Ben and Jonah issue I was begging for

I honestly don't care Peter is basically a bit player on the comic, everything is so well constructed that it's just a great fukking comic to read.


Read Absolute Batman and yeah, Snyder cooked with this one and Dragotta's art is fantastic. Been a while since I read an ongoing DC comic but this is gonna change that.

It's been announced that the Absolute Universe will have books for: Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Green Lantern, Flash, and Green Lantern Corps.

Marvel will also have an Ultimate Wolverine book.

MM looks very interesting, now it's some really alien looking entity merges with a white guy.
Flash looks like a Smallville treatment lol, especially The Rogues.

I was hoping for a very different ult. Wolverine. The star like thing on his chest is ugly.

Just started a new series after a pretty long hiatus, it’s called “A vicious Circle”. The last series’ I read were “Killadelphia”, “Die”, and “Gideon Falls”. This one seems like a cross between Highlander and a Tananerive Due novel. A breh assassin from the future is, for whatever reason immortal. His immortality is tied to an evil cac who is also immortal. If one kills the other they are both thrown to another random period of time. Apparently it works if their children are killed too. It seems written and drawn very well, so far


Edit*: after some reading, if they kill ANY human in their current time period, they’ll both be thrown into a new one.
