Yeah I'm glad because Ewing might do something innovative.
This cycle with royal characters ( Namor, Aquaman, Thor, BP, etc) of them getting crowned and becoming powerful/ Kingdom destroyed/ exiled from the kingdom/ re-crowned again is boring to me.

Kamala dying is so stupid. Not only has she barely been in this book, this was supposedly "the most shocking issue of Amazing Spider-Man in 50 years." Do they really expect us to believe she won't be back by November when The Marvels comes out? :stopitslime:

It seems pretty obvious they're going to resurrect her in Krakoa and possibly retcon her powers and origin to be more in-line with the MCU.

I think I'm finally done with this run. This was the last issue I pre-ordered, and unless I hear that the book has a dramatic shift in quality I probably won't even read in on Marvel Unlimited. :trash:

Worst is that they got all these Comicsgaters cheering that they killed off a 'woke' character. :snoop:
