I'm 2-3 issues behind on Black Panther, but I'm scared to even get caught up considering what a shyt show that run has been so far.

And of course Ridley's leaving both books next month, in huge messes that he won't have time to clean up, that will inevitably fall to the next writer.

I really do hope the next Black Panther writer actually likes writing for T'Challa and doesn't turn the book into T'Challa being the afterthought to whatever supporting character the writer likes better.

Christopher Priest is terrible imo

I think Priest is just out of touch with how young people actually talk. Bendis having a teen daughter helped him write teen/young adult character's dialogues to not be so cringey.
