I've read a lot of great books last year, and while there are still some I haven't got around to, or some that I haven't got caught up on yet, I thought it would be fun to list my (tentative list of) favorite books of 2022. My only real criteria was that a book needed to have at least one issue published in 2022, but minis had to be completed to be considered for writing.

Favorite Marvel Ongoing:
Moon Knight by Jed McKay and Alessandro Cappuccio -
Surprisingly good, didn't expect Zodiac at all.
Honorable Mention:
Daredevil by Chip Zdarsky, Marco Checcetto, and Rafael De Latore -
Good, but not really deep
Favorite DC Ongoing:
Action Comics by Phillip Kennedy Johnson, David Lapham, Will Conrad and Riccardo Federci -
very good.
Honorable Mention:
The Flash by Jeremy Adams and Fernando Pasarin -
underrated.
Favorite Indie Ongoing:
Radiant Black by Kyle Higgins and Marcelo Costa -
very good, but the plot is slightly directionless

Time Before Time by Declan Shalvey, Rory McConville and Joe Palmer -
never heard of it, will check it out.

wack and boring

Comedy wasn't that great.
