Duggan has done really well when he's followed Hickman's bread crumbs, I've been very impressed since Giant Sized X-Men and this new issue of X-Men featuring The Vault was another one

It just hit me:

Didn't Forge basically invent the mutant cure gun waaay back when Storm lost her powers?

You'd think Moira, Destiny and Mystique would be itching to repeatedly run him through a meat grinder.

I mean, yes and no. Forge's gun is the thing that Emma had in a little chest and that she ended up giving Mystique to help her get Inferno 2.0 going; she and Destiny got what they wanted thanks to Forge (indirectly, but still).

I'm sure the last 2 issues will be decent, but Dark Crisis is probably DC's WOAT event ever, and I read a lot of the 90s ones. What a smear on the "Crisis" anthology. I'm sure Heroes in Crisis is better, and I don't care for Tom King.

did anyone read the recent edge of spiderverse issue? we knew the yellow spider would be gay, but jesus hes a bad gay stereotype. hopefully they dont try to shoehorn him into 616

honestly, it feels like it just drags with no real stakes.

Sins of Sinister is gonna last from January to April. Immortal X-Men and X-Men Red are changing names to fit the story, which seems to be an alternate/potential 1000 years into the future were Sinister gets everything he wants.


At NYCC it was also announced that next summer we begin the new phase of the Krakoa Era: Fall of X. Most people predicted this was one be one of the arcs ever since Hickman announced "Dawn of X". I guess this is were Nimrod comes to fukk everything up and Xavier is the last one of three creators of Krakoa to fall. Maybe we see Apocalypse byke

It baffles me how little solo runs a character like Blade has. His last one was in the 2000s and he's gotten nothing but one-shots and team titles since then. Even with his movie coming out he's still has the same things going on outside of the series introducing his daughter.

Anybody else feel like knowing they can be res'ed have made the X-Men incredibly sloppy?

I mean, look at the numbers. You go from dying during an event like every 10 years to dying 10 times a week.

In the last series he somehow had a Latverian white vampire father that looked like Lex Luthor. I think it was his longest run.
There was that darkhold miniseries that seemed like it was written by someone who just watched the first movie and wrote an alternate ending.
Before that I only remember try hard edgy vampire shyt that didn't stick.
Maybe it's hard to write him solo...see his profile for how many teams he was in:

its to the point theyve made death a joke. if someone were to really want to piss the masses off, show the people how many times kid omega has been killed and ressurected. about that life ferals havent been brought back as much. and cap dying and coming back is gonna piss people off too.
