A few months ago me and my girl went to this state park somewhat near Rockford, IL. Every time I get near there I try to stop in at one of my favorite record stores, Toad Hall. Their jazz section is massive. They also have a lot of old stereo equipment that they've repaired and are selling. I got a pretty decent JVC tape deck last year from them. I've also found some LPs I been trying to track down for a few years here. If you ever end up near here, worth a stop to dig. They also have a lot of new vinyl.

I’ve been wanting to cop M3LL155X by FKA twigs for like 2 years now, but the Amazon reviews been 80/20 on the vinyl being warped :mjcry:

So far my Vinyl collection consists of

1. Nas - illmatic
2. FKA twigs - EP1 (My favorite album to listen to on Vinyl)
3. Flatbush Zombies - 3001: A Laced Odyssey (Double Disc Pink Vinyl)
4. The Internet - Ego Death
5. Bryson Tiller - T R A P S O U L
6. Earl Sweatshirt - I Don’t Like shyt, I Don’t Go Outside
7. A$AP Rocky - Lord Pretty Flocko Jodye II / Multiply (On 7in. White Vinyl)

I think I’m gonna cop the Juice soundtrack next. Either that or Man on the Moon II

That Flatbush Zombies one is worth some big cash now

What would you suggest is a good record player to purchase? Strictly for music though nothing DJ related

Check your craigslist and Facebook marketplace for vintage record players from the 70’s-80’s. Any vintage turntable from those eras will be better than any budget turntable made today. Depending on the vintage brand and model you could find a cost friendly one. Not sure if you are a direct drive or belt drive type of guy or even a manual, semi-auto, or automatic one but you shouldn’t have trouble finding any. Try to get a quartz drive turntable if you can. Prices are going high on vintage audio, so act fast becuase there is definitely a growing crowd out here. Be patient and research the model before you buy,

Technics 1200/1210's the absolute best

Copped a 7" by Cormega and CNN called the Real Report. Only a 100 made, the track is absolute fire too.

Word? :ohhh:

I mean, I figured it would be some kind of collectible because the packaging is dope af.

It’s a gatefold and comes with a certificate and puzzle piece.

Was it limited?

Yeah. Pink vinyl right? I remember passing on it too. The cheapest one is $330 on discogs.com right now :wow:

Colored vinyl for the sake of being colored can be corny sometimes. I think the music industry knows young people are buying it now more than ever so they’re trying to appeal to them. I don’t mind it though.
If the music is good I don’t give a shyt about the color. I don’t know many people that stare at the color while the record is playing.
