Yup. I've done family trips were we got one of huge houses that holds 15+ people. Made it awkward when the older members didn't want to go somewhere cause you still got to worry about feeding them and not wanting them to be too bored. At a resort even if they stay back they have full access to food, drinks, can chill on the beach or chill together in one of the lounge areas and play cards or something while not feeling stuck in a house.Primarily because of the group size & age. It’ll most likely be over 14 of us. And the age range is from 10 to 67. And a 2 year old.
Everyone finances are different. And the resort just simplifies things, if certain people don’t wanna do x y or z, they can just chill and enjoy the resort.
