Just booked my flight for Italy this summer.

Going to Venice for the Biennale Art Festival. I went in 2017 it's dope af...it's the world's oldest and one of the largest art festivals. It alternates every two years between art and architecture, this year is art. Like the Olympics, countries around the world send artists to create exhibits housed in buildings specifically for that country. This year, America is represented by a black female artist Simone Leigh. The United States Pavilion at the Venice Biennale | Peggy Guggenheim Collection

Then i'm going down to Naples to check out Pompeii, eat the OG pizza and find some beaches along the Amalfi

August is actually a bad time to go to Europe...many businesses are closed. It's like the small business owner holiday, like the whole month lol. You'll see 20-30% of biz's with signs in their window. Imma still have fun...every trip to Italy never fails

Have fun and stay safe breh. I hated italy and vowed to never go back but I just went to rome

Anyone been to Istanbul? Thinking about going for Memorial Day. Trying to find the best hotel that’s in the middle of everything

There right now. Stay in the Sultanahmet. Close to the Hagia Sophia, the water, antique shops, and from there you can Uber elsewhere.

Headed to Hawaii (Honolulu) this weekend. 10 day vacation.

Looking forward to experiencing the culture of the island & all the different cuisine combinations.

And food spot recommendations?

What to do? Going to copehangen on Tuesday
Depends what you're into. Here's some spots (spellings might be off b/c i dont feel like finding the Danish characters):

Sites/historical:
Botanical Garden
Rundetaarn Tower
Rosenborg Castle
Nyhavn (New Harbor)
Christiania
Little Mermaid (if you have the time but not a must)

Eat:
Torvehallen Market
Salat Pizza from a kebab spot, King of Kebab on Norrebrogade is solid
Danish style hot dogs from the carts (polsevagn), get the OG with red sausage, pickle, ketchup, remoulade, mustard, fried onion
Smorrebrod (salmon ones are typically good)
Frikadelle (Danish meatballs)
Any spot with "Nordic" cuisine

Chill:
City Center/Stroget
Norrebro (mostly young people and immigrants)
Dronning Louises Bridge (bridge into Norrebro. Good for chilling and people watching)
