Seattle is good. Everything is mostly open.
Great food, beautiful scenery, lots of things to explore and see, perfect weather. Mariners and Sounders game are always fun.

The government of the United Kingdom and the government of Scotland announced today that travellers to England and Scotland who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 in the European Union or United States will be exempt from mandatory quarantine upon arrival — but fully vaccinated travellers from Canada will still have to undergo quarantine.
Now back to square friggin one

Try Mexico. They'll take you most likely. Was looking at Mexico when Hawaii fell through. Didn't end up going. Just went to Arizona.

Check the terms of the quarantines for the European countries.I'm trying to go to Europe or Africa. I currently have London UK booked but it's a six hour stopover
Last time I went to London it was direct
Last time I went to a country in Africa the stopover was two hours how now the shortest stopover I can find is 20 hrs
Island travel is boring but it's the easiest at the moment

Any chance the place where you have your stopover you can change the ticket to make it longer? Maybe get two trips out of one if you gotta be there at least 6 hours anyway
