Where we are going to next brehs

Lagos, Nigeria :blessed:

Dec 20th, 2019 we back man:mjcry:. It's been 4 long years since I hit them VI streets.

Christmas is the best and worst time to go. Best in that there city is abuzz with entertainment, a lot of events and a lot of people also going back so in a weeks time you can meet a lot of people in the Nigerian diaspora. Good jolly time in general. Weather is also better. Dry heat and not that humid muggy heat that Lagos gets during the rainy season. The women be looking scrumptious as well.

Worst in that the place is crowded. People are looking for that "December come-up". Girls are in your pockets heavily and for me, I have family outside of Lagos so there's a lot of inter-Nigerian transport as well.

I'll also be headed to Accra as well, so there's that. Won't make it to Afrochella, however.

Thinking of going back to Africa anyone been to Togo?

I have. Nothing to write home about to be honest :yeshrug:

I think you're better off in Dakar, Senegal or Abidjan, Cote D'Ivoire if you want a Francophone African experience. Senegal for a more relaxed stay, CIV for the energy.

Idk when you plan on going, but I recommend South Africa or Kenya as next places to check out. You've already done Lagos so you've been "trained" so to speak on African travel.

This man is on game :russ:

Funny thing is that I'll actually be going to Nigeria with my American passport (with a visa). My Nigerian passport expires right before my flight to Nigeria and I won't be able to renew it here in the US because the embassies are on some BS.

I haven't applied for the visa yet. My US passport just came in this weekend. The application center I plan to use will only allow you apply 45 days before travel so I have another 2 week wait. I think all in all it'll be about $150 USD.

Yea Lagos is gonna be good. I just need to get out of the US for an extended period of time.
