This is a thing in Europe. It's not that they don't believe in personal space, but due to being socialized in denser environments, the "personal space bubble" isn't as big as in the US. People live their entire lives in smaller, tighter cities, so they're used to always being on top of each other to a degree. If you've ever been to NYC you see this in some spots.
In Europe, you'll often notice people tend to more reserved in public spaces, because there's a belief that people should be able to equally enjoy a public space. I saw this quite a bit in Paris. People would come and sit next to you but would be totally content with not speaking/talking to you.
Usually nothing, cheese, tomatoes and maybe some basil. Sometimes they'll do prosciutto . If you ever get a chance to, hit up "Il Canale" in Georgetown, real nice pizza spot that's authentic to the Neapolitan style

I still mess with Passport Heavy but his vids definitely have started getting more about marketing than about the experience. It makes sense though, he's built his platform. Might as well eat from it.

I hope he keeps making money but like I said too "gentrified." In his video he goes over "cost of living" which is good and explains how cheap these places are but the stuff he be doing(like having a personal driver in that Rio video) is not what the average person is gonna do. Just saying.

I've actually spoken to this cat a few times he helped me with my Thailand trip but yea he's gotten commerical. I can't blame him tho , he doesn't work a 9-5 , he promotes travels and works from his laptop and he has sponsors now. Btw I went to India. New Delhi to be precise ...I initially was there for a business trip but took some extra days to tour and see the taj Mahal. It's quite conservative but if you're on some spiritual shyt i recommend it. If u trying to wild, fukk no. Avoid!!!!!

Yea, I feel you on this part. I usually use Uber door to door, but in a place like Brazil where there's a noticeable language barrier then it might make sense to get a driver.

Folks that have been to Brazil: I NEED YOUR HELP!!!! Carnaval Rio/Salvador 2020 is my next trip.
First 2 questions: Which one to go?
Which domestic airline can I utilize to get cheap domestic flights to cut costs? All of the major American airlines are charging $3,000 for round trip. I'm trying to get a round trip between $1,800-$2200.
As for my Spain trip... It had some very awsome highs and some lows, but I made it back. I'll will post some of my pics and videos as soon as I download them from my FB!
I had two major incidents; one that I'm currently dealing with now. I got pleurisy while in Spain which is a viral infection that attacks the lung lining that is debilitating me.
The second major issue is that I lost my phone(Note 9) on the subway in Barcelona, so ALL of my pics that I didn't post on FB are gone. That incident is when the trip went downhill because everything involving my trip(and life) was on that phone.
I have no hard feeling though... I know what to do for the next trip and as you can see, I'm ready for it!
