Just got back from Havana with my husband and two kids. What an adventure
Between the 60 seconds from getting out the taxi from the airport to going upstairs to our Airbnb, my oldest child fell in the living room and gashed her elbow down to the white meat - all before I even had a chance to even say hello to the hostess. So, only one hour into being in Cuba, we were already in the hospital...and with a very basic understanding of Spanish. shyt was wild, but those doctors took good care of my baby.
Got to Vinales two hours away to get to a tobacco farm for freshly rolled cigars. Spent the rest of our days back in Havana. It was all a blur but I miss it already.
Someone asked me about it on here, but I'll reiterate having some Spanish speaking ability before going to Cuba for anyone going forn the first time, if you won't your trip to go more smoothly. My trip would have been 90% less stressful for that alone.
OAN, to the folks going to Morocco, if you can't learn some Darija before going, at least brush up in your French.

You’ll eat in Marrakech. It’s french or Arabic and a lot of English. Are you going with a woman? If not fukkING HELL. I went with my Mum and it got to the point I was going to just send her back to the hotel so I could eat

I’ll admit a lot of emotions now I’m back in London.
Sadness, happiness, determination, etc all boiled into one. I feel so empty and full
Just seeing people in the streets with nothing making a hustle. I ended up buying Random shyt like sweets and CDs so I can give money.
So many stray cats there too

Going to edit and throw some pictures in my Insta over the next few days
