Who is that? :ohhh:

Brazilian horror icon. His movies were far from perfect, and you might go a lil mad trying to make sense of coffin Joe's philosophies, but his films ooze creativity, and are as memorable as any other horror film released in the 60s.

He released this in the 60s.

Aye everyone...what are your fav universal monster flicks? Feel like firing up a few this weekend in honor of invisible man. I’ve seen Dracula (meh), Frankenstein (dope as fukk), creature from the black lagoon (also dope as fukk), and revenge of the creature (it’s cool). So where should I go next? I’ve yet to finish the mummy.
I'm an avid fan of the whole Lycans, Werewolves, Vampires from the Underworld series with Kate Beckinsale.
I watched all of the Tremors series of movies (don't judge me )
Lake Placid and Lake Placid 2
Jeepers Creepers (goes without saying)
The miniseries of Frankenstein was dope- I really got into that. The one with Kurt Sutherland and William Hurt. Ended up buying the box set a few years back.
Pacific Rim with the kuyogos (or whatever that's called), I know it's not "horror" per se but I liked the 2 movies.
Cloverfield
The Mist

I don't know any old school horror creature feature movies outside of what you already have- wasn't really my preference.

Outside of Nosferatu, Vincent Price and the old Draculas, my knowledge is very limited. But will do.. I'm open to checking them out.

Start with Frankenstein. Then go from there.

The 1943 Phantom of The Opera is one that doesn't get much love but I enjoyed it. It usually gets compared negatively to the classic Lon Chaney version from 1925.
