I saw it this morning...it was absolutely terrible.

It was a BLACK CHRISTMAS reboot in name only, nothing about it showed any connection to the original films other than the main characters being in a sorority; the characters were all paper thin; the nonsense with the He-Man Woman Hater's Club magic was dumb as hell and the editing to make the film qualify for a PG-13 rating was so heavy-handed and sloppy that you noticed when a scene was chopped up to not be too gory over and over again.

And while the feminism/down with the patrtiarchy angle was being pushed hard as hell with zero subtlety that wasn't even why the movie sucked so don't let anyone try to say that you don't get it because this is a movie for women. If I was a woman I'd be pissed that a supposedly movie made for me was so pathetic.

Just pure ass.

I never like the spinoffs to the Conjuring series. It's weird as fukk how Annabelle has three individual movies since none of them are good.
Just finished the third film and I got to say eh :patrice: A couple of nice scares but most of it I spent pissed off.

There are people who are ignorant and then there are people in horror films that are ignorant. The latter is fukking annoying as hell yo.

The whole thing started because oh girl got into that demonic room and opened every spirit

1. Why did the babysitter and the daughter leave oh girl at the place by herself when they could have made the cake when they all got back? :gucci:

2. Why did she think contacting her father through evil spirits was a good idea :gucci:

3. Why do characters in horror movies see a bunch of scary shyt and never mention it to anyone? The daughter saw Anabelle about a thousand times before going to sleep.:gucci:


4. Another thing that bothered me is it felt like they made the daughter look exactly like Kiernan Shipka lmaooooo

Annabelle is a trash series that is successful for some reason.
