Shudder list is clutch. Not sure about some of the Showtime titles, but that means I get some new ish to watch after a bit of a slowdown. Cinemax: Upgrade was fire, Truth Or Dare has potential in the so bad it's comedic lane.

Facts. Shudder is just too many to name with a list. I was just posting movies that I saw out recently on "premium" networks mainly.

Yooooooo the first purge is powerful

Finally got a chance to watch it -
so many messages and the foreshadowing.
wowwwwww... was not expecting all that. Engaging movie. Best out of all of them.
I liked how they flipped the narrative.

Yeah I loved the way they flipped it, both with the main character and with marissa tomei’s character.

Her little brother was my one issue with the movie. I’m not saying his motives weren’t understandable for wanting to purge and get some revenge, but he went about it in the dumbest ways possible and he felt like more of a device for the sister rather than an actual character. He made dumb choice after dumb choice

theres this movie i saw a while back that i thought was real different called Repo: A Genetic Opera.
just looked on Shudder app to see if they had it.

How was this? I meant to check it out because Linn Shaye is a damn national treasure for all the work she's put in and continues to put in. Didn't know Tony Todd was in it

I was having an argument with a dude who runs a horror blog on including Lin Shaye in a list of modern Scream Queens.
I'm like how do you keep her off the list? She has basically done nothing but horror since 2010.
If Lin isn't a modern Scream Queen then the term has no meaning.

Lil Bro was an idiot. I didn't realize he was playing Cyborg on Doom Patrol until I read an article about the show this morning.

Did anyone else get the feeling that Marisa Tomei left the shoot before they filmed her death scene? Because she was a major part of the story at the beginning but they offed her in an odd way and kept it moving like she barely mattered.
