It's just me watching every horror film on Netflix and reviewing them in here.
I got like 20-30 films in last time but got busy in life and stopped.
I found some gems last time that I hadn't even heard of before so

Am I alone in thinking Krampus was fantastic?
For me there's really only two possibilities, either they were given another chance and krampus is just keeping his eye on them,or they're trapped in the globe's doomed to relive that day and that all those globe's contain all the people krampus has collected. The ending of that movie - I did not understand. There's all different explanations out there, but what's your take on it?
edit- The open-ended endings, (if that makes sense) are a source of contention with me, lol. Cloverfield Lane, same issue.

Personally I go for the darker ending
That's one of the things I like about it is that the end can be seen as a happy or sad ending depending go n how you view it
How did you view it @MartyMcFly
Yeah I think either interpretation is valid and totally works which is why I liked it a lot.@Dominic Brehetto @Nicole0416 if you think about it, it’s just the idea of Santa inversed. Knows when you’re sleeping, knows when you’re awake, knows when you’ve been bad or good so be good for goodness sake
Wouldn’t be hard to imagine Santa having a bunch of snow globes in his shop, looking at every boy and girl determining who gets gifts and who doesn’t.
@MartyMcFly Thx for both of your interpretations. The factor that stands out to me is the look of gloom/doom on the family's faces in the final scenes. The family sensed that things are not how they seem. Like Krampus is the anti-santa clause in every sense of the way; there was this malevolence that was present. That's why I am leaning more toward the un-happy ending. The family (and others) would have no more time to atone and they are stuck in the snow globe existence.Yeah I think either interpretation is valid and totally works which is why I liked it a lot.
I know some of yall will disagree but I can't get over how good Hereditary good, even if just on a purely cinematic level. It's gonna be a cult film for sure

Where can I watch The Endless?
It's gonna be on VOD/Blu-ray/DVD June 26th. It got a very limited theatrical release back in early April.
Fred.
I personally like all of my horror movies to have dark endings so I took the ending to be that family trapped for eternity in one of Krampus' snowglobes. The ending of that movie - I did not understand. There's all different explanations out there, but what's your take on it?
