Watching the Halloween series today.

I've realized as a kid I never really payed attention to these movies at all besides just being scared of a dude in a mask. As a young adult who can watch this shyt alone in the apartment around 3 am and only be a little spooky. I just can just see why this series was one of a kind and one of the most popular series of all time in the horror genre world.

I finished the first one last night. I finished part 2 a min ago. And for some reason Jamie Lee Curtis was just born for this role ya know? Like the planets aligned up the stars were there and it was the right time. And lowkey, I was thinking to myself man she looked weird younger but than I started to find her attractive as the film went on lmao.

This nikka Micheal Myers really wanna kill his sisters bro. Micheal just chillen behind bushes and driving cars following her around was so simple yet creepy for me in 2017. Like it was bright ass daylight and he was starting at those girls behind the bushes and the next thing you know seconds later hes gone. I can see how this was probably scared the fukk out of everyone during its first release. But dog..... Micheal actually driving threw me off for some reason lmao.

My entire life not actually paying attention to the series. I thought Micheal was so super natural monster from the dead. This dude was just chillen in a crazy house. I haven't got to the other films yet but if he was just a regular ass crazy nut. How this nikka get shot like 50 cent on 5 different occasions to live to see another day? He blew up in the end of H2 in the hospital with that old man. But obviously he comes back and I swear the old man does too for the other movies which makes no god damn sense if them nikkas exploded and micheal died at the end.

Guess I'll find out

and one thing that had me like :dahell:. That cop killed a regular ass kid in a mask by hitting him with a car and like the entire movie they were like oh well. Like my nikkas you just murdered someone. guess they wanted their cops to be realistic.

on to part 3

fukk this thread needs to be more active.

feel like people haven't been on their horror game because there been a lot of horror in our real lives thats been serious.

I've watched a few scary movies here and there but now its time to go all out.

off the top of my head I watched the exorcist, children of the corn, and that demons movie you guys were talking about in here.

I don't know what I'm a watch next but its 3 am and its time to be scared.

You right about that one. I used to watch tons of horror movies with my girl every October but this year she only wants to watch Hocus Pocus and Halloweentown and shyt. I’m workin to get in real horror movies in when she’s not around.

The scenes of Michael stalking and lurking in the beginning of "Halloween" were always the scariest to me, and I saw it late too, probably 7 years ago. I never watched the rest of the series, but those were some classic John Carpenter moments.

Netflix's The Babysitter had the most ridiculous death of all time at the end of the movie :dwillhuh:

And what 12 year kid doesn't know how to say prostitute and doesn't know what an orgy is?

Also how did I know that the main chick is Aussie? They all have the same "Margot Robbie" look :mjlol:

It’s good for older stuff but I ran out of stuff I was interested in watching pretty quickly. If you have amazon prime and want to keep it past the 30 Days, you can get it thru prime for $5 a month
