Not sure if I’ll tackle these over the weekend, but: The Craft, Inside (2007), and a Psycho rewatch. Hitchcock’s.
I may finally have a chance to watch “M3GAN” this weekend

As far as my other weekend watches, I’m pulling something together

what the hell
there's a Children of the corn Relaunch/ Reboot /remake coming out in March

wow, talk about movies nobody is asking for.

I remember maybe back in '09 they had a COTC movie that was apparently closer to the novel than the original flick. All I remember was the couple was some black chick and a white dude and she was literally screaming at her husband the whole time. shyt was beyond dreadful.

Despite all of your better warnings, I have to see Skinamarkink with my own eyes since it's causing so many debates and discussions. I'm saving it for when I get home tonight and can take down a nice batch of edibles to give it the best chance of immersing me.

...I'll probably be really pissed off about it tomorrow :mjlol:

I wanted to play devil's advocate. I really did. But is that what this is? Liminal spaces: the movie.

I was trying to come up with some kinda narrative, but it was rapid cutting with kind of obnoxious grainy sound. I think it's supposed to be uncomfortable, but I was just bored. I also wasted a goddamned psychedelic on this experience. So I drifted in an existential malaise staring at this absolute nothing. If I'm gonna be fair, I've gotta give it some time. But I did my first, "have i given it a fair shot before I change this?" check at 9:50. I didn't even last 10 minutes.

20 mins in...random shyt is appearing and disappearing. But the accompanying sound effect keeps making me laugh 30 mins in, a toilet appears, toilet disappears, funny ass sound effect bodies me. 35 mins, a jump scare doesn't land. 45 mins, a good scene! 54 mins in, and we're back to nothing. Legos fell over; these kids don't clean up after themselves.

1:02 and I'm done...I gave it an hour. Its lord knows what time in that household, and Kevin has the tv blasting. I'm empathizing with the demon voice. Tell him to clean his damned room while you're at it. I'm switching to the Stylist, before this edible loses its kick.

It was better off as a short, experimental film. This was an analog horror piece that had no business being dragged out to an hour and 40 minutes. 100% agree with whoever it was in here that mentioned the trailer being scarier than the actual thing.

I
Was hooked by the first couple secs. You seem the movie “Wer”. If you’re interested in this you’ll most definitely love that. Sht is pressure G, gore galore and the plot and storyline is different.
thanks

just moved up on my backlog
Wer was one of my faves back in the day
and Damn, Wer is coming up on 10 years--
Father time is undefeated
