Yeah...it was mid.Revisiting my post - 6/10 for this. It was okay. Reminded me of Hard Candy with the whole revenge torture angle
Made it to the 55 minute mark and couldn’t take it anymore - this is real soap opera-ish. How is this marketed as a horror movie. ? I don’t have the patience -spoil it for me pls. (Let me guess- her son drowned or is a ghost/her imagination or something is the “twist” ending) I don’t even care. The white parents are so damn annoying . I think I only made it 55 minutes in because I fell asleep for like 20 minutes.
Went back to edit my initial post - I realized that we’re talking about two different moviesThere's pretty much no twist. The dude who showed up unannounced after disappearing for 19 years after the daughter vanished confesses to killing her. He has her at gunpoint. Then she has him at gunpoint. Then he has her friend at gunpoint. Then she has him at gunpoint and makes him confess again. Only this time, she recorded it over her daughter singing. That's it.
