HBO needs to bring it back.

Another joint that had me shook as a kid was Creep Show. I think being a kid amplified the impact of a lot of old horror stuff. Nowadays idk if it's because I`m grown or the CGI but stuff simply isn't scary. It's just OD gory ( to the point it's comedic) or just lame to me.

Ah ok. The thing that made TFTC what it was though (at least in memory) is that it felt so 90s, that idk how that would translate now since things back then were more campy and they didn't use CGI and crap. Hell I still remember being shook when I watched Demon Knight with my older sister back in the day :damn:.
M Knight shyamalan was reprising it, so he could add some of his stuff plus he is a huge fan of the OG series and comics. Vault of horror.
did you like showtime's masters of horror?

I actually never saw it. I wouldn't call myself a Horror nut per say, I just grew up in a house with everyone being much older than me so I was a kid watching a ton of rated R stuff like Robocop & Nightmare on Elm Street. So growing up I saw a ton of random B Movie Horror and Martial Arts flicks from the late 80s early 90s lol.

I remember seeing this flick Ticks back in the day on like USA and it tripped me out how Carlton Banks was in it playing a goon and how he died

Who's the Craven/Romero:rip: of today, brehs:mjcry::francis:
His name is James Wan :beli:

I don't even care about how someone personally feels about him but the man is already a horror icon/legend regardless of any one persons opinion.

He's launched 3 of the most successful horror franchises of all time in saw/insidious/conjuring while creating bona-fide horror icons.

The man hand crafted the damn reverse bear trap from the first saw on his own,as well as creating the jigsaw doll and the Annabelle doll.

He's had a run that few in the entire genre history can match up to. He literally reshaped the horror film landscape TWICE.

Other people are labeled icons for launching 1 franchise and this man's done it 3 fukking time like it's nothing :wow:

Saw Beyond the Gates last night, it was ok; the concept was alright but they could've expanded on it and gave it a better third act. Might be worth a look if you're up late at night high AF

Anybody here can recommend me some good anthology films ?
Feels like I seen em all...

Horror anthologies are pretty rare these days....peep "Trick R Treat" if you haven't already, and the TV show "Black Mirror". It's not flat out horror per se but it has some horror type episodes. It's a dope show over all.
