Then his reaction to the situation was unreal and relatively unprofessional. You don't hire a young upstart coach expecting that he's trying to be a lifer there. He, like Deion, didn't come to Colorado to be a Colorado lifer.

If anyone should understand what he was trying to do, it would be Deion. Come in, show he's good at what he does, go up. He clearly showed that he was able to do his job at a high level while searching around.

Btw, coaches do this EVERYWHERE. especially in the middle class of football. Kirby Smart was looking at other jobs while Alabama was about to go to a national championship. Auburn literally interviewed the guy in 2012. Deion isn't going to get anyone except older cats with no tread left (like Pat Shumur), if he's just going to go for dudes ready to settle.
I'm pretty sure everyone knew lewis wasnt going to be there long.

Correct and Deion made sure his contract stated that Sean Lewis didn’t have to pay back any money if he left for a HC position for FBS school.

Zimmer would be a great get for DC but Kelly did work his ass off recruiting
I don't think a long term exists, but they may be just as bad off with having a good NFL DC that has no acumen for recruiting. That being said, I would have some faith that Sanders and co could get some decent talent even if Zimmer ended up being a 0 in that regard

I don‘t care what anyone says, Colorado’s schedule next year is tough.

It’s not as bad as last years schedule, but still tough.

I have no idea why people think this is a soft schedule. Maybe it’s because of the lack of brand names, but there’s some good teams on there.

I agree, plus every team will give their best game to CU. Hopefully the new roster understands that and they don't drop a game to a trash team.

I was listening to one of those little Colorado YouTube channels. Nygga went through Colorado’s schedule and was like they’ll
easily going 10-2. :russ:

I want Colorado to do well, but they got to prove to me on the field that they’ll be good.

I can easily see 5 losses already just glancing at the schedule (Arizona, Utah, Kansas, Kansas State, & Oklahoma State).

I’m also expecting both rival games to be tough.

There’s really a lot of toss up games there’s just no way to tell until I see the product on the field.

BigDoggChico? a lot them channels trash. They had people on their saying players were dawgs and had wrong positions for the player. BigDoggChico have to correct some of his guest (some guest be random fans).

They be arrogant like these other schools aint picking up new players too. They better not sleep on North Dakota State pr the season over.

Nah this one is buffsnationdaily

He’s typically a little more objective then this so I’m chalking it off to him not following big 12 football

As you said, even the first game is dangerous because they’re facing a championship level program.

My favorite small Colorado channel is probably Buffed up tv. This nygga be talking his shyt over a dope instrumental.

More eyeballs than Georgia and Michigan is crazy and that's with the wack ass Pac 12 network. If you a recruit and want that spotlight especially those seniors trying to up their NFL stock. This shyt is an easy call.

Ppl love a train wreck. I bet that oregon game had a huge rating
