Wow

I'm guessing Sean Lewis losing his play calling duties and they still lost those games, are a reason this is happening. On top of that, I've heard a couple ppl saying he'd be great for the OU OC position.

I hate to say, but Deion came in too hard. You notice now there's no more hoodies, sunglasses and jewelry at the press conferences. You can't do that when you're losing like that

Shedeur Sanders Has Fractured Back Injury; QB Missed Colorado's Finale vs. Utah

A fractured back was the reason why quarterback Shedeur Sanders missed Colorado's 23-17 loss to Utah to close out the 2023 season.
Sanders' injury was referenced at the 4:50 mark of the video posted by Well Off Media surrounding the game. Walking through the tunnel, the junior said he felt good but couldn't throw a football. It's subsequently revealed he had a fracture in his back.

Sanders was considered doubtful in the days leading up to the Utes matchup and ruled out hours before kickoff.
The physical toll paid by the star signal-caller was among the Buffaloes' subplots all year. His 52 sacks are the highest in FBS despite him only logging 11 starts. That number doesn't account for the amount of times he was hit after releasing the ball, either.

Head coach Deion Sanders vented his frustration with the performance of the offensive line as a whole in October, telegraphing the turnover to come this offseason.

Young breh literally got his back blown out playing with that O-line :mjcry:

Or maybe their commitments were all bullshyt to begin with. They essentially committed without really being recruited.

You got kids committing before and during their junior year in high school. Or before their senior year. Nobody does that.

If anything, they all used Coach Prime as leverage. They wasn’t trying to come in a build a program. These aren’t men, they’re children. At the end of the day they will go to whoever offers the most. Coach Prime said that he wasn’t begging people to come to Colorado. He has the connections and resources to send players to the NFL if that’s what they want.

Colorado will always be QB friendly no matter who the OV is. It’s their loss.

Lol. This literally happens daily.

OU has this happen so I know it's happening at Bama Georgia etc. Kids often like to be signed before their senior year so they don't have to worry about it.

Literally a kid, Kevin Sperry, moved from Dallas to Tulsa to be in Oklahoma and play football because he committed to OU already.....as a now Junior.

I think if Colorado finished with 8 wins, Deion keeps all those recruits without a doubt.

When you're hot, you don't have to wine and dine recruits. Now we shall see how he will sell things to high school kids, but more importantly maybe the transfer portal kids

Breh needs to go pro while his stock has value and before another seasons worth of injuries stack up. Even a drastic improvement to that O-Line won't save him.

Spare me the "he already has money" bc if that was the case then why even suit up at all.

Bro took like 45 sacks this season. By far the most in CFB. He's lucky he didn't get hurt sooner.

But it kept his interceptions super low.

He's gotta just forget about making hero ball plays and just throw the ball away.
