They’re already gentrifying it , it’s just going to take a lot longer. I’ve seen white people and Asians in the south side in places I’ve never seen them before. It was crazy!south side is the next area that's gonna get gentrified. if ur smart, u would have been invested in property.

Back in 2012 I saw an Asian girl jogging down 67th off cottage by the cemetery. I knew right then they were already working on expanding Hype Park as far south as they could. Couple years later, listings for houses on Marquette and Kenwood being called “Hyde Park”.They’re already gentrifying it , it’s just going to take a lot longer. I’ve seen white people and Asians in the south side in places I’ve never seen them before. It was crazy!

Is humbolt park still bad?
I want to buy a house not too far from west loop. Wicker park is my first choice followed by west town & Ukrainian/east village.
Where else should I look that’s safe?

But what are the actual names of L town etc?just west of K town on the west side.
real estate prices in the UK village and west town are gonna be kinda expensive if ur trying to buy a full house. esp wicker park
