Most of those dismissals are shop lifting and petty theft. The threshold for felony theft is really low in Illinois. It’s 3x higher in Indiana and surrounding states. Some of it is not pursuing charges when the police make mistakes w the evidence or shyt looks fishy. Her predecessor moved forward w a bunch that shyt too.

She’s not perfect but it’s a policy decision that she ran on, and was voted into office for. One I agree with.

It’s not to excuse her from not holding police as accountable as she could be, but that felony charge rate is just fear mongering shyt for Fox News.

I watch felony bond court weekly..

The attorney and judges let these dudes a
walk.. Multiple gun charges. Some in other states as well..

This is by design.. They letting us self implode..

...I have fam that worked for the city in the criminal court side of things...
...they let a lot of dumb shyt pass.

Cats with gun charges, robberies, etc...

The next mayor of Chicago is going to be something like Giuliani PT 2 if they dont clean things up.

Folks got to realize every brotha aint your brother...they tearing up these communities and bringing everybody down with them.
