What is there to elaborate on. Tax info is really available on the cook county assessors website. It had the tax history and exemptions and everything. But compared to Dupage and the cook county suburbs, Chicago property taxes are much lower. Unless u have a mansion in the city. Of course u get what u pay for with relatively shytty schools in a lot of the city.
Idk anyone goes to OHare out of choice. Midway is so much faster. Get through the TSA line, get on the plane. OHare shyt is always delayed, way more people who have no clue where they're going. I guess if youre stuck at an airport for a half a day, Ohare is better. But if youre just going in and out, Midway all day.

Breh. Ppl need to rid themselves of this delusion that it hasn’t hit certain places “yet.” Mostly to justify their nonchalant ass attitude, and so it doesn’t affect their social lives. It is literally everywhere. It’s almost halfway thru March, ppl have been infected in the US since the very beginning. Don’t forget that China was covering it up for a while. They even threatened the doctor who first noticed it. Do you know how many Chinese ppl live in Chicago? You don’t think any of them traveled to/from China during those early weeks? Or traveled to other countries?
I’m not saying this to cause panic bc the numbers are what they are in terms of lethality etc or to mean any disrespect, but we need to just be honest abt it and act accordingly. Had an argument with my wife about it earlier. She’s like “we’ll be OK” and I’m telling her I’m not worried about us goofy (ok I didn’t say that part lmao) but you want to be the one that gives it to our parents/aunts/uncles etc???

Breh you're being responsible. I'm definitely a person that hates staying in for prolonged periods of time too but honestly I'm treating it as a way to force myself to get certain things done in/around the house that I've been putting off. Also to just try and disengage from the crazy routine.
Im less worried about myself than I am about my moms and grandparents. Im young and healthy. It will probably be a bad cold at worst for me. I dont want to take the risk of transmitting anything to the rest of my fam that's not in as good a shape as me. And that's just my side. My girls moms fat ass can barely walk up the stairs as it is. She aint gonna survive this if she gets it lol
