was in dallas for a year, and the summer there sucks. you can't even be outside cuz it's like 95 degrees at 10pm and what not. plus, every time u get in ur whip, the inside of the car is like 150 degrees if it's outside for any period of time.

They got some great looking neighborhoods, but no one is outside because of the temperature...as you said.

Stay on 103rd for 5 mins and cross Halsted and you'll swear you in another state once that beverely area around you.

Fam !! Than exact trip blew the mind of my daughters friend from out of town. We had gone to roseland first to go get something from my father, and we took 103rd west from King Dr.. The rest of the time in town, she kept saying how crazy it changed so quickly.
That ride is basically:

beverly is what chatham used to be decades ago....solid middle/upper middle and some truly upper class families. Lot of higher level government employees live there. It will always be like that because it provides suburban style neighborhoods (large houses on large lots), while still relatively close to the City.

another quick transition is being on 47th leaving hyde park, actually any main street going west from U of C/hyde park

I'm planning on throwing some meat on the grill after work. Simple stuff: burgers, dogs, chicken legs.

5 minutes into my lunch break outside, I went to the lottery website for the midday results....and hit 'em up for a quick $250.

Late last week I was driving home from work on Halsted. There was a school bus directly in front of me with the numbers "776" on the back. I thought ....it was calling me like Pookie in New Jack

Looks like I may be putting steak and jumbo shrimp on the grill now...

I was getting on the train last night about 7 after work. It was about 15 kids who jumped the gate went up to the platform & then left

Thankfully they ain't get on train with me....my patience is zero with other people kids
