Any comedy club recommendations?

I just hit the laugh house. There's some gems that have random open mic nights. I was going to Irie Jerk Bar in Wrigleyville every Monday. Comedians were so wack it was hilarious.

Went to some other shyt in Old Town a couple years ago...some underground under the dive bar shyt...I'll never forget because my ex found it, and we went and the openers were cool, but they had a "headliner" who coincidentally headlined at Laugh House the week before...she hated that nikka, and was pissed as fukk he showed up at this random hole in the wall to be the last comic.

It was 2 years ago...but I think it was Pat Tomasulo, the dude who hosts the sports cast on WGN. He does comedy on the side apparently...

wilson is there precisely b/c they know he will always peel off enough of the black vote that the machine candidate (whether daley or rahm) would beat a more liberal opponent

He deputizes his friends and they ride around town strapped, in unmarked cars and even make traffic stops.

And he has his family in different govt positions and is both mayor and head of schools at same time. He’s goin to retire with 3 pensions.

Everything is for sale in Harvey. Millions in TIF dollars get stolen - so long as mayor gets a cut.

long time rumors that mayor has been working with the FBI for years OR has protection from above...you know how the feds let some people commit crimes etc (think of Ed Burke for instance) then pop them when they need them to get someone higher or when they no longer are cooperating in the way the feds like? i think that's whats happening.

the mayor actually got caught doing some dirty shyt a while back during one of his elections - some FBI snitch gave him a ton of money right before the election and he ended up winning but it was all covered up...maybe they did so based on some agreement/understanding and he's no longer holding up his end of the bargain...or maybe they told him he needs to stop and he refused?

i dont think anything happens in that building w/o his OK
