It ain’t dangerous to use 8 or 10 right?

I used 12 for bag and 16 for sparring.

Gym didn't allow you spar hard in anything but 16s which is pretty standard for most places I think,

You should never spar with no 8s...do that and you might as well sign up for a pro fight lol..that's dangerous as hell

About a decade ago I left a pair of 8oz on the side of the ring (was changing gloves and had only just warmed up with them.)

Upcoming sparring opponent got in the ring to warm up and spotted them. Gave me the -
