Why oh why do people think this? Canelo/Cotto didn't do a million. Canelo/Khan did what 400k? Cotto is about 1000x more popular than triple stack, had the PR vs Mexican thing built in, the undercard was live, plus Cotto had history of doing 400k+ against Sergio, damn near a million (or over? IDR) against Manny and Floyd.

So that fight didn't do over 1mm buys, but Canelo/Triple G is? I'm thinking more like 550k

I dont disagree with your opinion. I could see it doing high six figures...I also could see it doing a milly plus. I wouldn't be surprised with either.
