WHy does Ward get respect draining Dawson?
I lost all respect for Ward. Dude refused to go up for the fight knowing well he would be moving up in weight. Funny that he's not coming down to the 160s to fight the elites but instead he's moving up. Who is he gonna fight ?

Dawson is a professional.. He willingly moved down in weight just like professional fighters have been doing for years.... If he was drained

I feel where you coming from with this breh. I feel that Dawson and Ward cheated the fans out of a real good fight. I blame both dudes because Dawson talked up some shyt that he couldn't live up to which was the whole coming down in weight shyt. I blame Ward for being adamant about keeping it at 168lbs instead of daring to be great and moving up to 175lb to fight dude. It looks worse on Ward now that he's talking about moving to light heavyweight. If he was going to have another fight or two at super middle I wouldn't even say anything, but how you gon fight the champ at 175 at 168 only to move up to 175 afterwards anyway. That's some fukked up shyt.
It's like nobody even care that Dawson was drained and had the worst performance of his career having to drop 7 pounds yet it seems like everyday some nikka is saying Cotto was drained against Pac because he came in a pound less than what he normally weighs in at.
Dawson has nobody to blame but himself though. I know he had to have somebody on his team telling him it was a bad idea.
