Dude started his career at 130 and was naturally small @ 147, how high was he supposed to move up? Granted I think Mayweather Promotions clearly don't want Tank to see any parts of Loma right now because he would be embarrassed, but your point is pretty ridiculous, and wrong as well. Floyd also fought DLH and Cotto above the 147 limit.
