So you cool with the Floyd picture I drew where he's about to land a lead right on Berto then.

Don't worry when Superman destroys Jack with some SNK Boss type punch, I'll make sure to draw that. :myman:

I need you to draw Berto landing a right on Ortiz. PM me or hit me up so I can tell you how I want it. I need it big size too. :dame: no @patscorpio :dame:

I will pay but at a Black Friday price.

Adrien Broner vs. Sergey Lipinets Being Eyed For March

By Igor Lazorin, tass

On Saturday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, Sergey Lipinets won a unanimous decision over Akihiro Kondo for the vacant IBF junior welterweight title. Lipinets raised his record to 13-0 with 10 knockouts. Kondo fell to 29-7-1, losing for the first time in nine fights.

The 28-year-old Lipinets of Kazakhstan won despite dealing with a cut on the forehead that bled for the final six rounds.

He won 118-111 on one judge’s card and 117-111 on two others even though Kondo, fighting outside of his native Japan for the first time, carried much of the action in the second half of the bout.

The world title became vacant after Terence Crawford announced his decision to move up to the welterweight limit of 147-pounds.

Lipinets and his team were very disappointed, as they saw Crawford as a very big fight against the biggest name at the weight.

But now another lucrative opportunity could be creeping up in their path.

According to Lipinets' manager, Alex Vaysfeld of Union Boxing Management, his boxer will make the first defense of his world title on a date in March and the opponent being targeted is former four division world champion Adrien Broner (33-3, 24 KOs).

Broner was ringside at the Barclays Center, watching Lipinets win the title.

"The next fight will be held in March, it will be a defense against Broner," Vaysfeld said.

Broner has been out of the ring since losing a twelve round unanimous decision at the hands of Mikey Garcia in July. Broner's other two defeats came at the hands of Shawn Porter and Marcos Maidana.

Broner held titles at super featherweight, lightweight, welterweight and junior welterweight. He captured the WBA world title at 140-pounds in 2015 with a stoppage of Khabib Allakhverdiev. The reign was short-lived as he failed to make weight for next fight, a title defense against Ashley Theophane. He was also unable to make the 140 limit for the following fight, earlier this year against Adrian Granados. But there were no weight related issues when he fought Garcia.

Lipinets should be a lay up victory for Broner if that fight is made. Lipinets is average at best.

Mikey need to unify at 135, then go and pick titles from 140. It'd never be easier than the next 18 months.

Boxing has to do a better job of organizing itself and building up fighters/fights. The ratings are still high so the sport is thriving...yet they shoot themselves in the foot with the weak half assed build ups. There are too many politics, all the belt organizations, all of the channels/ppv rights, and then all of the promoters, and they all intertwine.

The Charlo/Lubin fight was a good example. If you go to showtime's youtube channel..you can only see Lubin's side of the build up, did Charlo even have one? Why would any casual fan invest in a fight like that if they can only see one side of the story. Charlo is undefeated and a hell of a character..why would they not want to show that or shove that down everyone's throat?

That's the one thing Boxing can learn from the UFC. Their fight build up videos are second to none, you get to see both angles and it forces you to invest in the fight while building up both fighters. In boxing, unless you're Floyd, Manny, Canelo or GGG, fans have to literally dig for information about the fighter on their own.

Guys like Wilder, Spence, Thurman, Crawford, Charlo, Lomachenko, Mikey Garcia, should all have 500K - to 1 million IG followers, EASILY. How does a guy like Andre Ward have less than 400K followers?

GGG and Canelo have MILLIONS and they barely speak english.

Boxing was LATE as hell on social media..it's starting to catch up yet as a fan I actually have to shake my head when a guy like Crawford only has 160K IG followers compared to somebody like TJ Dillashaw from the UFC that has over 550K.

Boxing's ratings are high, something's not adding up on the social media end of things though..I honestly think the organizations just DON'T know to push/market fighters.

There's nothing to say....nothing they said made any sense to me & just tells me they are going to keep avoiding that fight for as long as they can :heh:

Spence got everybody on notice:wow:

Granados hit Porter with some shyt that made him go :merchant:. I have never seen Porter back off from swarming like that, legit looking like he wanted out of the ring at times. He probably would have dominated more and maybe not got caught like that had his hand been 100%, but those punches had him feeling a certain way. Spence hits harder than Granados and will work to the body with savagery.

Would be Porter's first KO loss IMO.

Porter is better off going for Garcia or Thurman. Better matchups for him and the money would be the same.

Dillian Whyte & Andy Ruiz is ranked #3 & #4 by the WBC (behind Stiverne & Ortiz) but instead of having them fight for a mandatory position, they make #6 ranked Dominic Breazeale the mandatory for beating #12 ranked Eric Molina? :leostare:

I'm mot sure Joshua can escape that riggt hand. He has to get to wilder first because I can see Joshua being slept with one punch.

No head/upper body movement, his only defense is blocking with the high guard. He has no jab, and no effective offense at mid-to-long range to keep Wilder honest. Slow feet, can't cut the ring off, no gas tank...Wilder is gonna box circles around him and stop him mid-to-late rds.
