Gotta give the WBC props for not sanctioning Wilder vs Ortiz. I had a bad feeling they would give Ortiz a pass like they did with Vargas when he tested positive leading up to the Salido fight.

fukk Ortiz, his career should be finished as far as I'm concerned :camby: :pacspit:

You know how you'll be channel surfing and see that a certain movie is always playing. Wilder vs Stiverne 2 is that fukking movie. Whenever I pop up in the OG thread that fight is somehow mentioned. I just want these 2 to fight already and get this shyt over with. :what:

right...i see nothing that makes me think stiverne will go the distance again with wilder either

what I don't get what happened to Stiverne's failed test? They didn't give him any sanction...?

fukk a Don King... :francis:
I really-really wasn't interested in Wilder vs Stiverne II

First off Don King, like Al Haymon, is another Cleveland legend & #OhioPlayer:ahh:

He doing right by his fighters, as a promoter, to get BOTH Stiverne and Imam ranked #1 in their respective divisions after major set backs:whew:

As far as sanctions, he took it right in front of them and was upfront about it...they gave him a pass bc, apparently, he couldnt submit a piss sample for them:

"Throughout the investigative process, Stiverne has been extremely cooperative and 100 percent forthcoming," the WBC said. "Stiverne informed the WBC that on the day of the test, in order to facilitate urination, he took a dietary supplement called Superharm in front of the sample collector. He reported the ingestion of that supplement in the declaration of medication use section of the doping control form he filled in connection with the test.

"Stiverne also reported that he ingested the supplement twice the same day and that he took it because the supplement staff at EOS Gym in Henderson, Nevada, recommended it to him. He was looking for a product that would help him with post-workout fatigue.
Stiverne is fully aware of the gravity of the mistake he made by taking an off-the-shelf supplement without investigating its ingredients in detail. Stiverne also realizes that he is ultimately responsible for anything that he ingests. In short, he now realizes that he was very naïve by following a store's recommendation of an off-the-shelf supplement while being ignorant of its contents."

The WBC said in its report that it will still sanction the bout for the interim title because Stiverne has never had a positive test in the past and "there is no evidence that Stiverne intentionally or even knowingly ingested a banned substance with the purpose of enhancing his performance in any fashion. Stiverne's ingestion of DMAA was purely accidental."

Stiverne tests positive; fight with Povetkin still on

Dont get me wrong, I dont want to fight the Dehydration Sensation again either, but unless Hearn was going to pay Stiverne, it makes no sense for Wilder to pay him over 1 million in step aside fees.

Wilder stans think Wilder-Stiverne 2 is a better fight than Wilder-Whyte :Drinking:

Whyte stans still aint gave a reason why a dude who struggled with Chisora (and according to other UK fans it was a very controversial decision but Hearn has that type of pull over there to get the W for his fighter:sas2:) & beat nobody who has ever been considered a good HW in his life, is worthy of Wilder paying Stiverne over 1 million dollars to step aside:mjpls:

Dont worry though, when Wilder beats Stiverne, Whyte moves up a spot.....or 2 (being that Ortiz is a 2x PED cheater) to mandatory:birdman:

When we beat his ass, dont come doubling back talking about Whyte wasnt that good either since you want that fight so bad:demonic:
