It wouldn't have started that late if the HOF speeches didnt run so late. Once 10pm EST hit coverage should have started with Beltran vs Vasquez probably entering the ring 10-15 minutes in, because of the speeches they had to show an 8 round swing bout to start off the 10pm slot instead.
I admit I never even heard of this dude before since I didnt really pay attention to the lower weights as a youngin, but after watching this video I am surprised his name doesn't come up from boxing scribes/historians when discussing Loma.
