Thurman landed some shots on Porter's head which would pretty much rip off an average person's head and he kept coming forward until the end of the fight

Garcia and Porter both have the best chins at 147. Some of the shots they eat would slump anybody else. But then again only one of them has been knocked down

His inside fighting is his main flaw; he fights too pretty and relaxed kind of like Manny.......If Swift had a dirty streak like Chino he'd be murderous.......

No his refusal to cut off the ring is his biggest problem. If danny had pressured keith from round 1 and move his head he wouldn't have gotten clipped nearly as much and with danny's body work happening in the 4th instead of waiting 6 rounds he would have slow down run time in the 2nd half of the fight. Danny is lazy in 2 ways not fighting on the inside and not cutting off the ring but at least u can mask a lazy inside game with counters within exchanges and punching out of the clinch

Those were lucky keep him off of me type punches while he was backpeddling; Garcia will land crisp counters in the middle of that wild shyt Porter doesn't see.......

Hmmm, intriguing match.....Porter my nikka and one of my favorites out of the young crop of fighters I follow; but he only knows one way, I cant see him not walking face first into a shot that cuts his lights out here.....Although clinch fighting is danny weakness, thats more on Danny he could box move and clinch if he wants; he's just been a lazy fukking fighter recently, maybe the pressure of his pops, inactivity, not losing his L....But I do tell you this Swift wants a guy thats gonna sit there and play rock em sock robots;......Fears my nikka Porter gonna be on the receiving end of a career changing ko.......

Its hard to cut off the ring against a good runner, with one shot power; in a oversized ring

But you do make a point; it's not the cutting off the ring thing, he got so used to counter punching and landing the picture perfect shot(not working enough); rather than stalking using combos to opening up that shot......He needs to move forward and move his damn hands, and work.......

Last night I rewatched Garcia vs Guerrero. Danny did a great job of clinching and punching out of the clinch. Porter is clearly a better inside fighter the problem is his lack of defensive responsibility. When u fight in a monotone fashion that is a counter punchers wet dream. Trust me when danny uses his feet he will run shawn into counters and there will be times that Danny will trade body shots and short hooks out of the clinch. Danny isn't a great inside fighter but he good enuff.

Well hopefully we'll see who wins

Lil nikkas like AB has dropped Porter flat on his ass; from tape with seeing how good of a boxer Porter is; I think the wild mauling style is a defense mechanism(as he has litte defense) to protect a weak or shaky chin....

Swift doesn't have to land a picture perfect shot; he just has to land, Brook wasnt throwing sledgehammers neither to keep Porter at bay....Just be prepared to walk Porter into shots, as he's dumb enough to glady oblige......
