Wilder has always acted/talked this way ever since I first heard of him.

I wouldn't expect him to act the same way towards fans attempting to meet him as he does to other Boxers trying to take his meal ticket from him (his Championship & his "0"):manny:

Ask Breazeale is it all an act...or the that internet troll....or the girl he beat up in Vegas:hubie:

No he hasn't always talked this way, I have no problem with his actions, but he never really went this route with his trash talk and I think he is trying to put up a new persona to sell to the public since he gets shytted on constantly now.
From what I've gathered people who actually know him say this isn't the way he is either, he is very laid back and never serious to the extent to talk about beating people half to death.

I don't see any connection with this and dumb ass breazele's scuffle, Zelnoff who is always better beat when he spars with people, or the prostitute he caught stealing and slapped up

This is from almost 5 years ago....watch after he KOs this dude in the 1st round, he starts talking at 2:13, but they don't have the interview in audio form

Wilder was obviously determined not to let his first big media exposure in the US go to waste.

“I’m the answer,” said the Bronze Bomber to the question of America’s heavyweight problem. “Ain’t nobody else gonna be able to do it.”

“I got the power, I got the speed, I got the height, I got the talent, and most of all, I look good, baby.”

Wilder went on to kind-of, sort-of, call out the Klitschko brothers,
but even he seemed to realize how silly that sounded coming off a win over Kertson Manswell.

Wilder’s Ali-style braggadocio, along with numerous references to his posse “the Bomb Squad” for that requisite hip-hop flavor, made it clear that he wants to be the next big thing by looking to the recent past of heavyweight division — a past still mourned by many American boxing fans.

He's STILL talking trash as he's always done. You cant tell me that he "put up a new persona to sell to the public since he gets *** on constantly NOW", when this could've been taken from his last fight and still fit right in with how he acts after a fight 5 years later.

I don't know how far you want me to go back, but like I said, ever since I've known him......he's been the same way.

You're saying he's doing it now, when I just pointed out something from 2012 with Wilder being Wilder:hubie:

If you're talking about the "killing" stuff....that's because him and Stiverne crossed that line in their promo talk, and that's how Wilder feels about him:yeshrug:

I specifically said I'm talking about the tone and the death stuff.
I think its an act.
Even after the fight Wilder wasn't really going at him when Stiverne was coping pleas and shyt talking, this seems like it is out of character.

I disagree breh, but :yeshrug: it's your opinion.

There's nothing about Wilder, imo, that strikes me as "out of character"

He's had double the amount of fights at Welterweight than Adrien Broner has had (8 for Granados...4 for AB). If Granados isn't really a welter, then AB isn't...especially considering he's only had 2 fights at the full WW limit (if Granados aint included):hubie:

I'm talking about now/ most recently. It was not Granados who thought he can't make 140 and changed the weightclass in they fight. :yeshrug:
Besides that Granados was ranked as a 140 pounder...

You're right about Broner nt being a true welter but he should concentrate to grow in the weightclass not to try make 140 and fail yet again. Broner has stuck between two divisions but I think the only way for him is up now not back to 140 cause that ain't gonna happen

So was Broner.

And since 2014, & not including Granados, Broner has had only 1 fight at WW...and that was a 144 catchweight vs Porter. Overall, he has 4 total fights at WW in his career out of 35 fights..

Granados, on the otherhand & not including Broner, has had 5 of his last 6 fights at Welterweight. Overall, Granados has 13 total fights at WW in his career out of 25 fights.

If Granados isn't a WW, then Broner definitely isn't breh. :hubie:

He's in the position where he can pick his fights though. There's no one at 140 who can dictate to him what weight they "must" fight at, Im sure they would come up to 142 to face him......and at 147, he can still get some of them (lower tier) to face him at 144 or 145 if he wanted too as well.

Was on my way to work & this came on in my ear buds:

#Truth Seekers

If Spence brings that belt back & has a unification bout with Thurman he needs to walk out to that. The hook:

"Ayo it's hell on earth, whose next or gonna be first
The projects is front lines, and the enemy is One Time
I ain't gotta tell you
It's right in front of your eyes
We wreck the QBC, nikka rep yours it's all love."

You should tweet this to him @Newzz :lolbron:

this is what im talking about earlier this morning with these heavyweights..parker replacement opponent :snoop:

Parker-Cojanu Fight to be Announced Wednesday in New Zealand

By Keith Idec

The Joseph Parker-Razvan Cojanu heavyweight title fight, which BoxingScene.com reported earlier Tuesday was in the works, will be announced at a press conference Wednesday in Auckland, New Zealand.

It’ll take place May 6 at Spark Arena in Auckland, Parker’s hometown. Cojanu is a late replacement for Hughie Fury, the mandatory challenger for Parker’s WBO heavyweight championship.

England’s Fury (20-0, 10 KOs), a cousin of former heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, withdrew from the fight Saturday, reportedly due to a lower-back injury. Parker’s promoters have questioned Fury’s injury because they had long sensed Fury wouldn’t travel to New Zealand for the fight.

The WBO allowed Parker’s handlers to make a fight with anyone ranked among the WBO’s top 15 heavyweight contenders because Fury pulled out on such short notice. The Romanian-born Cojanu is ranked No. 14 by the WBO, but hardly has accomplished anything that warrants a title shot.

The 6-feet-7½ Cojanu (16-2, 9 KOs), who was one of Parker’s sparring partners for the Fury fight, got knocked out in the second round by Donovan Dennis (12-3, 10 KOs) two years ago as part of ESPN’s Boxcino tournament in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The Burbank, California, resident is 3-0 since then, but beat journeyman Grover Young (12-22-3, 8 KOs) only by split decision in their six-rounder in January 2016.

Cojanu, 30, also lost his pro debut by majority decision to Mexico’s Alvaro Morales, who entered their March 2011 bout in Las Vegas with a 5-9-5 record.

Unbeaten WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder (38-0, 37 KOs) suggested Monday that Parker should skip his May 6 title defense in favor of a title unification fight against him in July ([URL="http://www.boxingscene.com/wilder-parker-forget-about-6th-fight-me-july--115944"]Wilder: Parker Should Forget About May 6th, Fight Me in July - Boxing News
). Parker instead chose to make the first defense of his WBO title against Cojanu.

The 6-feet-4, 240-pound Parker (22-0, 18 KOs) won the title December 10 in Auckland. Parker defeated American Andy Ruiz (29-1, 19 KOs) by majority decision in their 12-rounder to win the WBO title, which Tyson Fury (25-0, 18 KOs) gave up last year to focus on treatment for alcoholism, drug addiction and depression.
