"Arrogant" always seems to come down to how much you like/don't like a person.
If you see a person who you don't really rock with like that speak highly of themselves, the 1st thing you're gonna say is "he's arrogant/cocky". But if you liked that person, you wouldn't have any problem with anything they said.
I can see what @LauderdaleBoss means when he says that Ward has a "Wale" syndrome. I personally don't have any problems with it though.
Even if you want to call Ward "arrogant" (which I don't), I feel like there's nothing wrong with it because...
1) He's in a profession where that mentality is needed. If you aren't trying to be the best fighter in the world (or at least the best fighter you can be) then what the fukk are you fighting for.
2) With as much skill as he has and as much as he's accomplished, I feel he has the right to feel himself as much as he does

Exactly, and I already said I don't mind him being arrogant. My main gripe was how he fought. nikka missed all that and focused on one fukking word.
Hell, I'm a Broner fan. That nikka cocky as fukk too and I don't mind it. Dude is entertaining as fukk in and out of the ring. So he good in my book.
