We'll just agree to disagree breh.
Pac didn't look good, but he beat Vargas rather easily like 9 rds to 3. It seems like nikkas gave Vargas the benefit of the doubt too much just because Pac didn't look spectacular and shyt. It's pretty much the reason Pac got robbed in the first Bradley fight. For some reason the judges and nikkas in general can't stand to see the boxer version of Manny even though he's still effective. Cats still expect him to throw 800 punches and blitz cats and when he doesn't it somehow turns into a close fight when in reality it isn't.
I'll never take any MayPac scorecard serious that has Pac winning less than 4 rounds. Any less and it gives Floyd the benefit of the doubt too much on defense. Like the Castillo rematch, I saw a close fight up until the 11th and 12th where Floyd took over.
Whats crazy about the Chino/Floyd fight is that some nikkas here only had Maidana winning 3 rds in the 1st fight. Whereas most people everywhere else had him winning anywhere from 4 to 6 rounds. I don''t think it was a harder fight for Floyd. He never fought scary/nervous and pretty much did what he wanted after the 6th rd. But, that's just me.
At the end of the day, the right guy won in those fights (Floyd) so there's no need for nikkas (not saying you) to go back and forth about the margin of winning for fights that weren't even great to watch.
Kovalev wasn't robbed, but I do feel like he was robbed of the 10th rd from the judges. Fight was close tho so whatever.
Imo, The ring like Malignaggi, sides heavily with the boxer (style) in most of these match ups and will usually favor them in the scorecards. Which is cool if thats your preference, but a lot of times cats be extra with it when it's a fighter they stan or hate.
nikkas will act like it's inconceivable for Swift to have won 7 rds against PED or Herrera, but will still find a way to give Ward 9 rds even when he was dropped too during a fight where both cats were holding back on offense.
and this is why nikkas scream robbery so much, because their bias for one style of boxing is so strong that they can't envision the other side of the spectrum being effective.
Just my 2 cents
