Garcia is like a tank since moving to ww....dude looks like he's waiting on u to come to him for counters and just looking for that "head duck left hook" to ko u. overall movement looks very slow...but his punches are slightly fast. i don't think he's gonna be able to cut off the ring vs Thurman.

i think Thurman just way to fast/quick for him. plus Garcia power is not that great at ww and i know its not better than porter's.

plus thurman can move/box or slug when he wants....i can already see people mad and calling Thurman run time after he win a decision but it is what it is.:yeshrug:

the law of boxing is they leave themselves or someone makes them leave
I agree but as things stand now I don't see anybody who is going to make Manny or Floyd retire by whooping their ass in the ring.
I do hope that both fighters realize when to finally hang the gloves up (because Floyd is not going to stay retired for much longer) and don't end up like Roy Jones.

I view Floyd as retired. I really don't think Floyd cares about an arbitrary number like 50, however he is aware the public does. That fight for win #50 will always be there if he needs it. It's like a damn lottery ticket. I think he's perfectly fine not fighting again, but it's just good business to flirt about a potential fight and keep interest out there in case he does decide to do so.

As far as Manny, he is going to have to be retired by the game. I can see him ending his career on losing streak a few years down the line if he keeps it up.

I cant count out Garcia against Thurman. Every time I think he's overmatched, he somehow rises to the occasion. I think he'll find a way to beat Thurman when it's all said and done.

yeah he does that by gettin gifts breh, at least over ped. :francis:

rest of his fights he won are super close...just like nelo.

hes not dominant at all vs good comp...I guess that's why its called good comp.lol
