do I like this fight? nope but im glad that he staying active and this is the beginning of pbc/toprank partnership. so we can start seeing craw vs Thurman/Garcia/spence/porter or brook/cotto if they come back down. forget the pac fight...it was never gonna happen and the way I see it with these new options craw don't need pac no more. beating them young guns are wayyy more impressive than beating old pac.

red/mac(craw trainers) already said that they were moving up depending on how the postol fight go and if troy/burns ducked. so I believe craw moves up after this fight right here...that's the only reason to go to pbc. broner fight could happen at 147 to...he'll be back up ther like always.lol

Notices that Schaefdog the gawd around here, said that GGG deserves a split, not a flat fee. Said it isn't about the better fighter, but popularity, so Canelo certainly deserves the bigger share, but it takes two to tango and in this case Canelo fighting GGG makes it a million plus PPV. So GGG deserves a revenue split and/or upside.

Canelo lil g not doing a Milly. cotto v canelo didn't even do a Milly . Lil g is not a star idk why his stans think otherwise.

Canelo fighting GGG makes it a million plus PPV.

Why oh why do people think this? Canelo/Cotto didn't do a million. Canelo/Khan did what 400k? Cotto is about 1000x more popular than triple stack, had the PR vs Mexican thing built in, the undercard was live, plus Cotto had history of doing 400k+ against Sergio, damn near a million (or over? IDR) against Manny and Floyd.

So that fight didn't do over 1mm buys, but Canelo/Triple G is? I'm thinking more like 550k

those were not cherry picks.

Both of those are solid contenders. Nothing extra or elite but solid contenders. Not washed Morales, Samuel Vargas or Rod Salka. (if lately already everyone wants to trace back all my comments to my opinion on Swift and his fukkery).
Plus if I'm correct one of those was a mandatory for Crawford and not his own pick

Plus (as I said earlier) I actually gave Danny Garcia a pass for fighting fukking walking corpse Malignaggi cause it was his first ww fight and I also gave him pass for fighting a shot as hell Guerrero cause that was the opponent he had to beat to get a title (shame on you WBC)

the only things made me mad about Garcia are his indefensible Salka fight and that now he sat on his ass almost a year without an injury or conflict with his promoter only to take on some jobber who nobody heard of.
Add to all that, that imo (and may others share this opinion) he should have already at least 1 but rather 2 Ls on his resume.

So you better forget to recite my opinion about Garcia all the time...

I gave him pass for things the majority didn't (Malignaggi, Guerrero) and I had him n my p4p top 10 too. So it's not like I would never acknowledge the poor devil.
