Transportation isn't a problem for me because I get free train rides. I'm still holding out because I'm undecided if I'm bringing this girl with me. If I am then I'm just gonna book a telly so we can go out and party after the fights are over. If not, I'll just go straight home after the event. Even then, I might wanna stay in Brooklyn and party

I'm the worst when it comes to making plans, because I always wait til the last minute to get everything straightened out

Nikkas is spending more time flipping tires with gas mask, hitting pads all day, rather then perfecting they technique ( bettering footwork, cutting off the ring, etc) and not sparring enough.

According to @MIAlien lien Kkkov/Ward is locked in for Nov 19th. I think after kkkov's first loss he'll be looking to rebound and make a mark, while Beast will be one of SOG's mando's. They'll both fight after they've lost to Ward imo

I think it is already happening. Dude is a tough watch, even for boxing purists IMO. He isn't interesting to watch perform the art like Floyd or Ward. And he makes fights too close to call sometimes where he wins a fight technically, but rounds or even fights are if he should win.

n my own personal note, for dude that is supposed to be so technically superior, his defense is generally very good...but it can be leaky at times and he can be caught (like Rigo). That is why I think he stayed so far away from Canelo. Not solely to make Canelo reset his feet, but rather that Lara will get caught with punches he probably shouldn't from time to time and his chin can be rocked a bit.

Lara does a lot of extra movement just to move and get's his feet crossed from time to time, or he thinks he can pivot out n punch faster than he can.

Both he and Rigo have escape moves ingrained into their muscle memory (typically pivot's counter clockwise of their opponents jab) that can get timed and get them in trouble. See lara vs angulo and rigo vs that extra from crouching tiger hidden dragon

Golovkin's Promoter Hits Back at Mayweather's Trash Talk

Tom Loeffler of K2 Promotions, who promote WBC/IBO/IBF/WBA middleweight champion Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin (35-0, 32KOs), laughed at the numerous interviews where Floyd Mayweather Jr. is advising Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez (47-1-1, 33KOs) to reject a potential fight with GGG.



Mayweather has also been calling for Golovkin to move up in weight and face bigger opponents, like Olympic gold medal winner Andre Ward.

Golovkin and Canelo were ordered by the World Boxing Council to face each other in the fall. The two sides began discussions following Canelo's sixth round knockout of Amir Khan. Last week, Canelo made a decision to vacate the WBC title and the sanctioning body named Golovkin as their new beltholder.

Loeffler believes Mayweather is against the Canelo-GGG pay-per-view, because of the action in that contest would outshine Mayweather's 'Fight of The Century' with Manny Pacquiao last May. The Mayweather-Pacquiao PPV was ripped apart by fans who opened their wallets and saw little to no fireworks.

“He doesn't want to see Canelo fight ‘GGG’ because it would be a completely different situation than his fight with Manny,” Loeffler stated to the LA Times.

“It [would] give the fans what they want [with] two warriors [who] actually fought in the ring instead of dancing to a 12-round decision. That's not how ‘GGG’ is built and he wants to give fans their money’s worth instead of taking their money for boring decisions.”

I agree with Tom Loeffler...Canelo vs GGG would be a much better fight than Floyd vs Pacquiao turned out to be. Plus a win over GGG makes Canelo at worst #2 P4P & the undisputed face of Boxing to casuals...which makes Floyd "old news". Not to mention, a Canelo vs GGG on Mexican Independence Day does 1.25-1.5 million easy on PPV.

Floyd knew what he was doing...set another trap for Canelo and he walked face first into it. The ONLY way Canelo can ever be on Floyd's level in this era is to beat Floyd or beat someone the public was calling for Floyd to face...and since he's already lost to Floyd, GGG is that guy that would boost Canelo's stock to World Wide Superstardom
