Andrade has fought once since June 2014

He's fought 1 boxer with a pulse his whole career (Vanes) was dropped N the fight was damn close

I wouldn't be surprised if he loses to Willie Nelson

Without bringing my own bias into it, I let this speak instead:

The official call was a split decision for Andrade (20-0, 13 KO), who won on scores of 117-110, 114-113, and 112-115. BLH had it 115-112 for Andrade, and that seemed in my view about as close as it could have really been scored. The card that went to Martirosyan (33-1-1, 21 KO) was fairly absurd, and came from "no notable fights" judge Javier Alvarez of Texas. The conspiracy theorist in me believes Alvarez was a plant there to make it seem like we need all the ancient judges who also get fights this wrong all the time, killing any outcry for new blood in major fight judging. Better the screw-ups you know, you know?

But that's all silly, right? Probably. It has to be.

Andrade, 25, was knocked down in the first round on a counter shot from Martirosyan, but after that he got into a pretty solid rhythm. I had it even most of the way, but Andrade took the fight home down the stretch, as Martirosyan fought with no urgency and "Boo Boo" opened his game up a bit more, going to another level. It wasn't warp speed, but it was something at least, and for me, that made the real difference.

Statistically, Andrade vastly outlanded Martirosyan over the course of the fight.

Martirosyan vs Andrade results: Demetrius Andrade wins vacant WBO title by decision

Plus Andrade outlanded him 219-97 in punches.

Andrade also looked better and did better against Vanes Martisrosyan than Erislandy Lara did:sas2:

Lara is black and Canelo clearly beat him imo. And the reason canelo "ducked" J rock and Andrade is that they bring no money to the table let them 154 pounders have a tournament then they can face the king.

:mjlol:......everybody wants that payday vs the new face of boxing. Julian Williams though:mjlol:.....this dude better build that resume up. none of these guys have fought better competition than canelo and that's really all that matters. at least start fighting eachother. you ain't getting no canelo fight without some significant wins. it don't work that way. truthfully I don't see anything special from any of these guys.

Beating Vanes 7-5 8-4 while getting dropped as your only notable W is :mjlol:

Like I said Andrade been inactive af while never facing good opp to begin with...let's see him fight Nelson first to decide if he's in the convo with the top 5 at 154

He wants to fight a Mexican then go to Mexico N fight Pats pedo :francis:
