Seems like more and more stuff floating Mayweather-Pacquiao 2 is coming out. Dan has stated he has no interest in May-Pac 2 and didn't think there was a chance it would be made...yet he included it on this poll. :jbhmm:

Fat Dan is the last one to know on Floyd /Al Haymon news

Most likely added the Floyd/Manny option to say "omg see errybody wants Canelo vs GGG " either his decision or ESPNs to do that

[VIDEO] FLOYD MAYWEATHER RIPS GOLOVKIN DOUBLE STANDARD; INSISTS HE SHOULD BE THE ONE MOVING UP IN WEIGHT || FIGHTHYPE.COM

"When I look at the fight game, we have to really just look at...I moved up 5 weight classes; they want me to jump up two more weight classes and fight Triple G, but they don't want Triple G to fight Andre Ward. Triple G would never call Andre Ward's name out...if I could go up, I would go up and beat him...it's easy," stated retired undefeated pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather, who talked about what he believes to be a double standard when it comes to middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin. Check it out!

Once again, he's bringing up SOG and not mentioning Badou Jack. I mean, I agree with his message about lil g, but I wish he mentioned Badou Jack as an option for GGG also like any good promoter would:wow:

Badou Jack is moving up after DeGale and if GGG isn't gonna fight Ward what's the point of bringing up Jack?

Vargas already said He can't fight Swift next... politics :shaq2:

my paulie is awfully :dame: these last couple of days....i know dude is prolly still salty of the mauling that hatton laid on him...but then khan put them hands on him too

its always funny when he gets like this because his only frame of reference in these type of scenarios is that the best opponents he fought whooped his ass :pachaha:

Mlaignaggi Explains Why He Feels Khan is A lot Better Than Hatton

Former world champion Paulie Malignaggi believes Amir Khan should be given the same respect in Britain as Ricky Hatton, insisting Khan is the superior fighter of the two.

Khan had impressed in the opening five rounds of Saturday's fight in Las Vegas with Saul Alvarez until suffering the heavy sixth-round knockout that ended his challenge for the WBC middleweight title.

The defeat - the fourth of his professional career - has done little to harm his reputation given he had made such a significant jump in weight, but there is little question a victory would have secured his status as one of Britain's greatest fighters.

Unlike Khan, Hatton is widely considered one of Britain's finest ever after a successful career in which he only lost to Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao before his comeback against Vyacheslav Senchenko.

American Malignaggi fought and lost to both Hatton and Khan, however, and is convinced the latter should be held in similar esteem.

"I don't think it's fair (Hatton is more highly-rated in the UK) but perception is reality, unfortunately. I fought them both, I thought Amir was a lot better," he said.

"On a skill basis, what I saw from both guys, Amir was a lot more difficult to deal with.

"You've also got to understand Amir came to America a lot sooner than Ricky did, so Amir racked up a couple of losses. Amir also fought a lot more fighters than Ricky was able to because Amir came to America a lot sooner.

"Once you come to America you're fighting top fighters. They're not going to let you get away with the guys you're fighting in England, you're going to have to fight constant monsters.

"Ricky came here a little later so he was able to build his record up a little more, he was also able to be loved a little bit more. Ricky deserves a lot of the hoopla he got, but when comparing them, you've got to compare them knowing those differences. There'll never be a right or wrong answer because they're never going to fight, but for me Amir was the best."

So....yall would rather see Danny Garcia vs Andre Berto over Danny Garcia vs Amir Khan 2?:jbhmm:

Berto is a name and got a just got a W. Khan just got the most brutal ko of his career which is saying a lot since his career been a highlight reel of him getting :deadmanny: and you want to throw him in there with another big puncher? You wanna see this nikka dead for real or something? :dwillhuh:

Ehhhh, regardless of the numbers, I still felt Khan outboxed Canelo far more cleanly than he did Swift in 4 rounds. :manny:

I never said Khan ain't miss or that he was perfect.

at the end of the day, Canelo still won like he was supposed to.

Besides, there's no standard numbers for being outboxed. You don't have to land everything clean to outbox somebody. You can still outbox somebody whether you landing 50% of your punches or 25%.

There ain't some number game that you play when it comes to ring generalship. It just happens.
:dahell:....you're switchin up the argument now. your post wasn't about "boxing", you claimned Canelo was getting more hands put on him that danny. so that's why I dropped them numbers. khan almost landed two times more punches on danny than he did canelo in 2 less rounds. landed 48 on canelo in 6 rounds on 28%. and landed 92 on danny in only 4 rounds on 45%. khan almost landed more power punches alone on danny in 4 rounds (46) than he did total punches on canelo. khan rarely connected flush on canelo. that's just the truth. if you rewatch the fight you'll notice khan was out there whiffing a lot.

but khan still performed really good and I gained a lot of respect for him. I already knew he'd do well in the early going. but he wasn't out there "putting hands" on canelo like people are exaggerating. a rewatch for this fight is a must.

"It'd be very hard for Danny to beat him in a rematch, he was losing the fight the first time."

@ChocolateGiddyUp, seems like Paulie is on the same wave as myself and @Black_Jesus :sas1:

:sas2:

I was on this wave back when khan dominated Devon and Danny was getting his ears boxed off by sweet pea hererra. but seeing Danny at 147, dude looked much more focused and stronger. I think it'll be a much different style of fight next time. the pace will be slower, kinda like khan canelo. it's gonna be a chess match. back and forth all night. itll prolly get into the deep rounds then of course khan will be caught with something that destroys his nervous system and it'll be gif and photoshop galore in this bytch.
